Terms of Service for Tanlines

Welcome to Tanlines, a mobile application that helps users track UV exposure, personalize tanning routines, and make informed sun care decisions.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the Tanlines mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by OneClick Commerce LLC or "Tanlines", "we", "our", or "us"].

By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tanlines.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the Tanlines app only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials
  • Any activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information during onboarding or personalization

3. Health Disclaimer

Tanlines does not provide medical advice. The content and recommendations provided are for informational and lifestyle purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider before making decisions about sun exposure, skincare, or tanning routines, especially if you have a skin condition or medical concern.

Use the app at your own risk. We are not responsible for any harm, injury, or damages that may result from sun exposure or improper use of the recommendations provided.

4. User Content

If you upload or submit any content (e.g., photos, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and modify that content solely for improving your experience or the app.

You agree not to upload offensive, illegal, or infringing content.

5. Subscriptions and Payments (if applicable)

If Tanlines offers paid features or subscriptions:

  • Prices and terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
  • All payments are processed via Apple's in-app purchase system.
  • You can cancel a subscription anytime through your Apple ID settings.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing or offerings with advance notice.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or use the app inappropriately.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including design, software, text, images, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Tanlines and protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanlines and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app.

We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or secure.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California/USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California/USA.
